Policy

Thank you for your purchase from YUCOuniquefashion online shop.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please send it back to us for a refund.

It’s easy to return it, the procedure is quick and easy and free of charge.

We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt.

Please fill in the RETURN FORM available in your client account.

This form is available 10 days starting delivery date. Afterwards, the form expires and the return is no longer possible.

Returns outside of this period may be accepted at our discretion.

If you want to exchange the product or alter it, please let us know your feedback and we will gladly find a solution for you to wear your favourite look.

Procedure

For the return procedure, we kindly ask you to get in touch with our Customer Care team before shipping the order back.

Please take into consideration that we can only accept for return non-faulty items that:

  • are in their original condition
  • have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • have all original tags attached
  • same packaging and other accessories received with the order
  • not show any signs of use.
  • The merchandise must be returned in one mailing.

We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.

Please be aware that a time frame of 30 business days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund.

We reserve the right to accept the return or not after checking if the items fulfil the conditions requested above.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs and made to measure fee.

The refund time frame depends on the payment method. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards.

In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. Products purchased during our sales period or from any promotion will not be refunded or returned!

Taxes and duties

Customs duties and taxes within the European Union

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.

The following countries are members of the European Union: Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, The Czech, Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (southern part)

Customs duties and taxes for non-EU countries

As soon as the articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be invoiced by our logistics partner carrier company. By submitting your order, you undertake to guarantee the import of the respective articles by paying and/or delivering the necessary information. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note that information is delivered without liability. For binding information, please contact the customs office in charge before submitting your order.

Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by the carrier company by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by YUCOuniquefashion even in case the articles should be returned.
